Hayley Wickenheiser Talks Indigo Lab Coat

Olympic hockey legend and medical student Hayley Wickenheiser not only donned the Indigo Lab Coat to shine a spotlight on the profession, she took to the airwaves to praise laboratory professionals and all they do. 

Speaking with Jody Vance for the Charles Adler Tonight show on Global News radio, Wickenheiser described the unique lab coat and the vital role medical laboratory professionals, who she calls “the quiet heroes of the pandemic,” play in Canada’s health care system.
