February 08, 2013

CSMLS developed and placed an advertisement in a special Policy Briefing on Health edition of The Hill Times. CSMLS’ advertisement highlighted the vital role that medical laboratory professionals play in Canada’s health care system, and reiterated the urgent need to include medical laboratory technologist graduates in federal incentive programs in Canada’s rural communities.

The Hill Times is a weekly publication with a circulation in excess of 11,000 and is one of Ottawa’s most noteworthy publications in terms of its analysis of Canada’s government and political system. It reaches all Members of Parliament, Cabinet Ministers, Provincial Members of the Legislative Assemblies, and other notable figures and decision-makers within the Canadian government, including influential players in the Health Department, the Privy Council and the Prime Minister’s Office.
